Sunset view over the city of Tirana and the surrounding hills, seen from the apartment above Fresku

Tirana, Albania

A quiet remote-work stay on the slopes of Dajti, minutes above Tirana.

This is a calm, well-lit apartment in Fresku — the green, low-rise neighbourhood where Tirana starts climbing toward Dajti Mountain. It is built for people who work from a laptop and want fast internet, a proper desk, and silence when the workday ends, without giving up a fifteen-minute ride down into the city.

Made for focused work

A dedicated desk by the window, an ergonomic chair, strong fibre internet with a backup connection, and enough quiet that video calls simply work.

Mountain air, city access

Fresku sits above the traffic and heat of the centre. The Dajti cable car and pine trails are close; Skanderbeg Square is a short ride down the hill.

Settle in for a week or a month

A full kitchen, laundry, and a comfortable living space designed for stays of seven nights and up, not a one-night turnover.

One host, one home

Not a faceless rental portfolio. A single, cared-for apartment with a host who answers quickly and knows the neighbourhood.

The neighbourhood

Why Fresku, and why Dajti

Fresku is the quiet, green edge of Tirana on the road up to Dajti Mountain — cooler air, calm streets, and the cable car close by, with the city centre a short ride downhill. We’ve written the most detailed guide there is to staying and working here.

Questions, answered

Good to know

Is my card charged now?

No. Requesting dates costs nothing and commits you to nothing — you only pay once we’ve confirmed your stay by hand and sent you a secure payment link.

How do I pay?

Through a secure POK link — POK is a payment provider licensed by the Bank of Albania. We send it after we confirm your dates, so there’s never a card form on this site.

Is the internet good enough for calls?

Yes — this is a remote-work home first. There’s fast fibre with a backup connection and a proper desk, so video calls hold up right through the working day.

What’s the minimum stay?

It’s set up for longer stays — a week or more. The calendar prices your dates live and tells you if a range is below the minimum, so you’ll never request dates we can’t honour.

What if my dates are taken?

The calendar shows live availability, so booked nights can’t be selected. If a date slips away between choosing and requesting, we say so plainly and you pick again. One home, one calendar.
